Administrative Assistance
We advocate for clients by handling administrative tasks like booking appointments, organizing schedules, and completing duties on time. We assist with applications, forms, appeals, housing issues, and academic or college assignments. If we cannot handle a case, we refer clients to appropriate resources
Awareness Workshop
This service aims to raise awareness and educate about hidden disabilities and fibromyalgia. Hidden has presented at various schools, receiving positive feedback from teachers and pupils. The workshops include slides on hidden disabilities and fibromyalgia, encouraging questions and discussions.
Activities are tailored for different year groups or audiences to ensure engagement and inclusion.
Cleaning Service
Hidden initially offered cleaning services exclusively to its members, many of whom faced mental health challenges impacting their living conditions. They provided deep cleans or clear-outs, followed by fortnightly touch-ups based on client preferences.
The service became popular among both members and non-members, leading to its extension to the wider community. However, to stay true to its original purpose, eligibility criteria were revised. Now, only vulnerable individuals or those with challenging diagnoses qualify for the service.
Rest Bite Session
Parenting can be demanding, especially with children who have specific needs. Hidden offers respite during school breaks, weekdays, and weekends, providing activities tailored to each child's requirements. This service allows children one to three hours away from their parents and carers, giving both parties time for themselves.
This service can also be provided in the home, enabling children to complete chores, homework, or engage in home activities. Each case will be evaluated individually to determine the best approach.
